Varun Chandak

Founder and CEO

Varun is a social entrepreneur and accessibility innovator motivated by his hearing loss and Erb’s Palsy. He has led the launch of Canada’s first accelerator for accessibility startups, the world’s fellowship for MBA students with disabilities, and several more unique initiatives. A sought-after speaker, Varun was named a 2023 Changemaker by Globe & Mail. He lives in Toronto with his wife and hyperactive golden doodle, Dash.

Teresa is an inclusive designer, educator, and storyteller with over a decade experience in the not-for-profit sector. She uses inclusive design approaches to create space and facilitate conversations between diverse groups of people to co-create changes. In her downtime, Teresa loves getting lost in the wilderness of Turtle Island and beyond.
